Style in Knoxville?

New to knoxville, and I wonder is their stylish people here? I researched, and Knoxville needs more fashion. I have walked around old city and I found a few cute vintage shops, to me this is valuable. I haven't seen much of the campus but when I do, I hope too see some inspirational outfits.
